As IBM SA's head of Management Development Jeremy was engaged by the Country General Manager of IBM South Africa to facilitate a step-change in the Country Leadership Team. He facilitated the country strategy sessions for twelve months, in order to observe and coach the management behaviours. He worked under IBM's organisational capability team (GEOC). Recognition of his contribution to the business gained him membership of IBM's Hundred Percent Club in 2005.

He sat on the Project Management Board at IBM, certified as a PMP in 1999, and as an IBM Senior Project Manager in 2002. He certified as a Project Management instructor in 2003. He has worked with project management maturity assessments and risk management tools.

A Comprehensive Approach
I have been managing projects for over twenty years now. Projects have included complex ERP and HRMS systems, technical installations of middleware and data management, MDM PIM and business transformation. As Programme Manager at a public sector client I had fifteen projects under my scope of responsibilities. I have managed community outreach and events for non-profit organisations.
I will ensure you develop crystal clear, unambiguous, and realistic requirements. We will then go through the project lifecycle with risk and change management as core functions understood by all. We will develop plans at a level that you can execute with limited assistance from me going forwards.
