I was IBM’s Global HR Service Delivery Model Lead during the HRMS programme while implementing SAP HR in Africa and Latin America, and then for the pilot of Workday in the Philippines and rolling out to South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria. I have studied Strategic HR Management and have been an HR Business Partner, Talent Lead, Management Development and Performance Management Lead in IBM. I was an HR Business Development Transition Manager for EMEA.

I have extensive experience and a track record of HR service delivery and project management at the highest levels and in multiple countries. I highlight it below in a way that it is not ‘lost’ in my chronological CV.
Global Lead of the IBM HRMS Service Delivery Model transformation (Global)
The IBM HRMS serves 440,000 employees.
This was IBM’s largest internal transformation project.
Managed a team of six HR specialists in six different countries (Hungary, South Africa, Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Philippines) to standardise the IBM HR service delivery model wherever possible unless country legislation mandated a deviation from the standard process.
Managed the standardising of HR Processes across three IBM Philippines legal entities while consolidating three HR systems into Workday.
Negotiated changes to processes between departments with the respective HR VP’s.
Consolidated resourcing model for HR processes to move certain functions between Budapest, Bangalore and Manila.
Managed the clean-up of the online HR policy repositories to have one common source of global policy information, and regional sections.

Project Manager of the HRMS (Workday) Centre of Excellence (CoE) implementation in Manila, Philippines.
Implemented the IBM internal Workday Centre of Excellence supporting the IBM HR Department and escalations to Workday as necessary.
Appointed a Philippines HR Service Delivery Model lead, who then became the Lead of the IBM CoE after the Philippines implementation of Workday.
Interviewed and selected the ten staff for the CoE.
Selected the Zendesk ticketing system for the CoE.
Designed and configured the Zendesk system.
Created an interface between the CoE Zendesk system and the IBM HR helpdesk.
Designed and implemented the employee self-help tool to minimise employee requests to the CoE.
Implemented sentiment analysis to recognise employees who responded to peer questions on the self-help tool.
